With a subsidy from SMV:Digital, you get a helping hand for your digitalization project, which can, for example, streamline your time, create greater visibility and, not least, generate growth.

You can apply for grants for private advice, investment in IT and technology, or help to develop your own or your employees’ digital skills. This could be in e-commerce, automation, digital security – or anything else that will help your business accelerate its growth and development.

You and your business are not alone in the project. Together with a registered and impartial advisor, you will get advice tailored to the challenges your business faces. The adviser can also help you see your business with new eyes, so you can get a clearer picture of your company’s development potential. The SMV-pools funding scheme aims to promote digitization and e-commerce among small and medium-sized companies in Denmark. All industries can participate in the program.

From physical store to scalable webshop.

Challenge. To improve the focus on target groups and clarify the users needs, to figure out how we online sales are best approached and how to differentiate themselves from competitors.

Result. Workshop, idea generation and validation

  • Uncovering possibilities with online sales

  • Structure of coming web shop and choice of appropriate system

Based on a design sprint the foundation for the new webshop was laid out. Navigation, design and system was decided. The webshop was subsequently set up with integration of the supplier’s goods. SBV is now ready to scale up and grow with online sales

A design sprint clarified customer needs and meant ordering became much easier.
