Privacy policy.

Personal information is information that to some degree can be used to identify you. When you use our website, we collect and handle the information that can identify you via cookies.

We primarily collect and handle the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your smartphone, tablet or computer, you IP-address, geographical position, as well as which pages you visit and how long you stay on the different pages. If you yourself give explicit consent and type in you information, i.e., you name, phone number, e-mail and address, we also handle that. This will typically occur in connection with the use of forms on our website.

Security.

We take privacy policy seriously. At design concern we naturally handle your information with resepct. We handle you personal information in accordance with the law. This includes the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the Danish data protection law.

We have put in place technical and organizational measures to prevent that your information is accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, deteriorated or is divulged to unarthorized personnel, misused or, furthermore, handled contrary to legislation.
 

Purpose.

The information is gathered for statistical purposes to assess the usage of the individual pages, the solving of server problems and general administration of the website. In some instances, we can accidentally discover approximate information about locations and businesses based on your IP-address.
 

Storage.

Your information will only be used for the purpose they are gathered for and will be deleted when that purpose is fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

Furthermore, we store information in the period of time that is allowed in accordance with legislation. The time period the information is stored depends on the character of the information and the purpose for its storage. A general frame of time for when the information is deleted is therefore not possible to give.
 

Insight.

You have a right to know which of your personal information we handle. You can at any time make an objection towards the storage of your personal information. You can also recall and rescind your consent to the handling of your personal information. If your information that is handled is wrong, you have a right to have them deleted or corrected.
