About the project.

Data has become an invaluable resource for businesses and the ability to utilise it can be vital to success.

To get off to a good start in utilising data, Bloom applied for and was granted an SME:digital pool “Create value with your data”. design concern was chosen as advisor.

The project started with an expectations alignment and plan for the project. A data analysis was initiated, followed by a workshop with both management and employee participation.

The data analysis showed that Bloom generally performs well and has a good handle on its data, but that there are also areas that can be improved.

We worked with the customer journey and especially the digital touch points and how data can support the sales and recruitment process. Here we established an overview of where further development is needed and where additional data collection may be required.

Based on the data and findings, ideas were generated and new ideas that can increase competitiveness emerged. Next, the ideas are prioritised for implementation.

    How the process works.

At design concern, we work systematically and process-orientated. This creates the best conditions for gaining insight, utilising knowledge and data, developing ideas on the right basis, and creating the best results.

The process typically consists of several steps:

    • Understanding business goals and challenges
    • Data gathering and analysis of existing data
    • Collecting new data
    • Data overview, customer journey, identification, and ideation
    • Implementation and follow-up
